Mindsteal Link is a class action used by Ch'r'ai W'wargaz which leeches his foe's psychic energy to make him stronger, and the foe weaker. In Honour mode, W'wargaz can additionally use this action as a free reaction whenever his Mind-Claw of Tu'narath strike an enemy.
Description
Leech off a foe's psychic energy to make them more vulnerable and strengthen yourself.
You gain a +1 bonus to your 
Armour Class and deal an additional 1d4
Psychic with weapon attacks.
The target receives a -2 penalty to its Armour Class and becomes Vulnerable to Psychic damage.
The spell ends if the target damages the spellcaster.
