Recast Sunbeam

Recast Sunbeam is a level 6 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to project a beam of light, Blinding and dealing Radiant damage to everything in its path. It can then be recast on subsequent turns without expending a Spell Slot.

Description

Call forth another beam of light that sears and BlindsBlinds all creatures in its path, without expending a spell slot.
