Notes on Raphael's first encounter
"The first encounter with Raphael is triggered when the following requirements have all been met: 1. Player has crossed the bridge from the Druid Grove toward the Blighted Village. 2. Player takes a Long Rest." This is incorrect. In all of my playthroughts, I've never crossed the bridge before meeting Raphael, he's always shown up before it. And some of them he's shown up before a long rest.
