A Sylvan Stone is a common Alchemy Crystal that's purpose is to be sold for gold. Alchemy is not implemented in EA yet.
Found where the Feywild touches the Material Plane, these crystals are warm to the touch, as if they've been basking in the Feywild's ever-setting sun.

Overgrown Tunnel, the hag's lair. Many of them can be found near the Mushroom Circle teleport to the Underdark.
