Legendary Action: Torrential Undeath is a passive feature available to Mystic Carrion in Honour Mode.
Description
Once per turn, Mystic Carrion can use his Legendary Action to release 
Torrential Undeath at his foes when hit.
This grants Undead 
Guardian Wraiths while haunting other creatures with 
Wrathful Spirits.
Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
Condition: Legendary Action: Torrential Undeath
