Notes
As of Patch #2, Arcane Echomalefaction does not appear to be triggered by most conditions will not consistently apply any reverberation. The current criteria for which conditions apply is unknown, and it is also currently unknown whether the limited list of conditions is intentional or a bug.
Reverberation is also confirmed to be bugged itself, and will not cause additional thunder damage or prone.
Conditions

- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution
Saving throws per remaining turn.
- When the entity has 5 or more turns of Reverberation, it takes 1d4
Thunder damage and must succeed a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or fall 
. The condition is removed afterward.
