Broken Machinery is an Alchemical Ingredient that can be refined into Salts of Copper Shavings and combined to create Elixir of Lightning Resistance.

The cogs of this metal contraption are bent out of shape, the steel sheeting dented and cracked. Still, you can make out two sets of initials embossed into the copper: LDH and YTS.
