Shatter Psyche is an Action Action and Illithid Power. This ability continues the effects of  Fracture Psyche but instead reduces  Armour Class by 2 instead.

Description

Invade a target's mind and disrupt its defences. The target's  Armour Class is reduced by 2.

If the target dies while its psyche is fractured, you can cast  Shatter Psyche on another target.
