These items are only added to Brem's trade inventory if [[Zarys]] is spoken to after completion of [[Find the Missing Shipment]] and the player gains her trust, which can be accomplished only by facilitating proper delivery of the chest or by executing [[Rugan]] after he agrees to betray the Zhentarim. The player cannot both take the chest and spare Rugan if they wish to have any of the above items; without Zarys' approval, they will not be available to pickpocket, loot from his corpse, or purchase.
