In Early Access versions of the game the circlet could be found in a gilded chest in the final room of the [[Apothecary's Cellar]] beneath the [[Blighted Village]] {{Coords|-659|-370}}. The cellar can be accessed through the building directly behind the village's [[Ancient Rune Circle]].
