** It does however serve as an easy and early repeatable way to trigger the [[Luminous Armour]] to inflict the [[Radiating Orb (Condition)|Radiating Orb]] debuff to lower enemy attack rolls. As this is a [[condition]] it can in turn also trigger the [[Boots of Stormy Clamour]] to further debuff enemies by lowering their physical [[Saving throws]].
