This is a story item, and can be delivered (unopened) to the Zhentarim in the [[Zhentarim Hideout]] for the quest [[Find the Missing Shipment]] to unlock the special stock of [[Brem]] the trader. Can alternatively be given to [[Gale]] for his condition.
