IP address 174.107.77.78 keeps saying this object is in the game and found in Act 3. I believe they are copying the info from another wiki, and are referring to the location of the item Pyroquickness Hat. The Circlet of Fire is not in the game anymore. If they keep making incorrect edits, I'll ask that their IP be blocked or something.
