If the wearer bears the Absolute's Brand, they deal 1 additional Thunder damage with Thunder damage spells and attacks.

• Absolute's Tempest functions even if the wearer is not branded, but does not function with spells such as  Booming Blade and  Thunderous Smite in Honour Mode.
