Notes

• Auntie Ethel rewards the item if the player character agrees to have her attempt to remove the tadpole.
• In addition to the normal Enhance Ability effects, the charm also includes the following boosts: Carry Capacity is multiplied by 2; Fall Damage is multiplied by 0.5; and the consuming character gains 7 temporary HP.
• Despite Auntie Ethel's cruel and mischievous nature, using the charm comes with no negative side effects.
• Because this item is a Local Item, it can not be spawned using third party tools. Additionally, its effect is provided via an Osiris script.
• Prior to Patch 5 Auntie Ethel's Charm was a common item with a value of 1 gold.
