Bhaal's Edict is an action available to the Boon of Bhaal during combat with Orin in Honour mode.

Description

Force a creature to become your murderer - if it does not kill another during its next turn, it will die instantly.

How to learn

Used by creatures: Boon of Bhaal

Notes

• Using Move Moonbeam does not count as killing another creature and does not remove the condition. This may be true when casting Moonbeam too. Also, other actions with similar interactions around classifying as "killing another creature" may be affected. This may be a result of Moonbeam being considered a summoned entity.
