Chilling Overflow is a variant of  Overflowing Brew available to Thisobald Thorm in Honour mode when his brew type is ⁠Cold.

Description

Thisobald's unstable brew overflows, dealing 6d6⁠⁠Cold to surrounding enemies and empowering his allies with a  Cold Brew.

• Affected entity deals an additional 2d6Cold damage while infused with Thisobald's current brew.

Duration: 2 turns

• Movement Speed is halved
•  Armour Class and Dexterity  Saving throws are reduced by 2
• Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
• Cannot take Reactions
• Cannot make  Extra Attacks or  Improved Extra Attacks^{[See: Bugs]}
• Spells cast might be delayed for one turn^{[See: Bugs]}
