Chilling Overflow is a variant of  Overflowing Brew available to Thisobald Thorm in Honour mode when his brew type is ⁠Cold.

Description

Thisobald's unstable brew overflows, dealing 6d6⁠⁠Cold to surrounding enemies and empowering his allies with a  Cold Brew.

• Affected entity's  Movement Speed is halved, and its  Armour Class and Dexterity  Saving Throws are reduced by 2.
• The entity can't take  Reactions or make more than 1 attack per turn,^{[See: Bugs]} and can only take either an  Action or a  Bonus Action.
• Spells cast might be delayed for 1 turn.^{[See: Bugs]}
