On a successful  Saving Throw against a foe's spell, deal 1d4 + proficiency bonus⁠⁠Fire damage to them.

Granted by the equipment:

• Obsidian Laced Robe

Notes

• When Flaming Revenge fires, the wearer is not considered the source of damage. This means it does not break  Sanctuary, but also does not trigger features from items, like the  Braindrain Gloves.
