• Two can be found in a locked Display Case in the Devil's Fee at X: -20 Y: 5. The display case is bugged so that it can only be opened using  Helsik's Key. To obtain the Infernal Diamonds without the key, the display case must be smashed.

• The Infernal Diamond can substitute for the Diamond in the portal ritual to the House of Hope.
