Legendary Action: Beguiling Rebuke is a passive feature available to Raphael while he is not in his Fiendish AscensionFiendish Ascension form. It lets him expend a legendary action to use Beguiling Rebuke, after he or his allies are attacked.

Description

BeguileBeguile your attacker and its nearby allies, possibly preventing them from attacking you again.

Cambions ascended by this cascade deal Hellfire damage, which ignores Resistance and Immunity to Fire damage.[See: Bugs]

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
