Liberated Spellcasting is a toggleable passive feature that lets you cast a spell without using up a slot, after killing a creature.
Description
When you kill a creature, you can cast a Level 1 spell without expending a spell slot.

- Level 1 spells can be upcasted without expending a higher level spell slot, even if the caster has no spell slots remaining for that level.
