Mysterious Potion or Formula Gruna is a potion given by  Araj Oblodra at her store in the Lower City, Crimson Draughts. Araj only returns to her store if blood is donated to her during Act Two.

Drinking this potion grants the  Unstable Blood passive.

• Gain the condition Test Subject. When the condition ends:
  • Deals 1d4 Slashing damage to the drinker
  • Drinker explodes and creates a  Fire surface
  • Gain the permanent passive feature Unstable Blood
