Non-Invasive Procedure
Non-Invasive Procedure is an achievement in Baldur's Gate 3. It requires the player to kill 
Malus Thorm before he "performs surgery" on a player character. This refers to the four special actions he can perform after using his 
Request Surgical Instrument special action. See Fighting Malus Thorm for details.
Malus is encountered in the House of Healing in Act Two, within the Shadow-Cursed Lands. He and four "sisters" are performing surgery on a helpless victim in an operating theatre.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
To get the achievement, combat must be initiated. Convincing Malus to allow the sisters to perform surgery on him, thereby killing him without combat, does not work.
In combat, the sisters can stun and hold party members, allowing Malus to perform surgery. Therefore, it is best to eliminate them first. This can be done even before entering combat, by convincing Malus that the sisters need to improve their surgical skills by practicing on each other.
During combat, Malus attempts to resurrect the sisters by touching them, so holding or immobilizing him is helpful.
