Overheard at the Elfsong.
Two human men, middle-aged, nondescript in appearance. Both brown-haired, bearded, of average build.
The first: 'You've heard of this so-called Emperor, haven't you?'
The second: 'Stelmane talks of nothing else.'
The first: Have you met him?
The second: I don't even know if he's a him. It could be anyone.
The first: Anything is more like it.
The second: I don't partake in such silly rumours.
The first: Nor I. I'd just like to meet them, whoever it is.
