Rebuke of the Mighty is a passive feature/reaction that allows you to strike back at an enemy that hits you, dealing ⁠Force damage and knocking them  Prone.

Description

When a foe hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction, dealing 2d4⁠⁠Force damage and knock it  Prone unless they succeed a  Dexterity Saving Throw.
