 Loses duration: start of turn

 More properties: DisableCombatlog, DisableOverhead, DisablePortraitIndicator

Bugs

• This condition is incorrectly applied when wearing the  Dark Justiciar Half-Plate (Rare); however, only the damage reduction is functional. If the condition is applied through the  Dark Justiciar Half-Plate (Very Rare), then both the Necrotic damage and damage reduction function as normal.
