Slow: Actions is a passive feature applied to a target afflicted with Slowed and is a component of the Slow effect.
Description
You can't take both an action and a bonus action. If you take an action, you lose a bonus action, and vice versa.
You also can't make more than 1 attack per turn.
How to learn
Other ways to learn:
- Applied to creatures afflicted with Slowed.
Notes
- The resource limitation component of this effect does not function exactly as described. Instead, a single resource of one type will be removed after consuming all the resources of the other type. For example, a Thief with 1 Action and 2 Bonus Actions will not lose the action point until consuming both bonus actions. Conversely, using the action will only remove a single bonus action. Also, since the the resources are not removed until afterwards, consuming both resources simultaneously such as with Searing Smite will bypass this effect.
Bugs
- This passive does not prevent a creature from making multiple attacks unless they somehow receive it between attacks on their own turn.
