The real Gylro will then run out of nearby room and complain about the main character attacking him. You can then pass a check to explain that it in fact was not you. Failure to pass this check will turn him hostile. When you visit him again you will find him dead and a letter from Orin saying how disappointed she is for not killing the blacksmith.
