if you accepted the hag's deal you can tell lora "I'm actually here to kill you" and this does start combat
(prematurely ending the conversation by telling her "no - and it's not my problem" doesn't give the quest but it also doesn't make lora leave, so the player can just talk to her again to continue the conversation.)
