I summoned the quasit with Wyll (warlock lv3, paladin lv1), went through his dialogue, then exited and interacted with the book with Wyll (previously only Tav interacted with the necromancer of thay). On the latest version of the game as of this post (4.1.1.5022896), with a wizard, it does not show up in the list of scrolls to scribe. I can still acquire shovel with a wizard, warlock or sorcerer. If I use the scroll with other classes it tells me that only a "magical shite" can call her, and says to bring her one and she'll teach them the spell. After getting the spell on a "magical shite" character, then speak with her using another character, I still get the initial dialog about being Shovel's new master and can even change her name, but they do not get the spell.
