Following changes have now been made:
* There's an <code>extra damage</code> parameter (and all the corresponding parameters for its type, modifier, etc.) for adding a second damage value.
* I've now also added a <code>condition 2</code> family of parameters for a second condition.
* The <code>damage</code> parameter can now handle the special values <code>weapon</code> and <code>half weapon</code> to say "Normal Weapon Damage" and "1/2 Weapon Damage" respectively.  (Not sure the second is needed but it's implemented generically in the DamageInfo template so it works here as well.)
