The culprit, a Tressym, is on the rooftop (X:-45, Y:-4) in a nest of pigeon remains and the pilfered letters. A successful perception check notes that this particular Tressym has [[Gale|Gale's]] collar on her, revealing her identity as his friend, [[Tara]].
