Thanks for pointing it out. I added it by using {{Inflicts|Force Conduit|item}}, which is a snippet of template code that registers items that inflict conditions. Spells and weapon actions automatically add themselves to the list of ways to get the condition, but unfortunately items are manual. - Sky (talk) 21:00, 18 October 2023 (CEST)
