Does not trigger on multiple damage attacks (e.g. Booming blade) on Honor mode in patch 8 as stated?

Can someone check how level 6 Death Domain Cleric interacts with this before my run?

I don't have a save to do this myself, and couldn't be bothered to mod the game. Yes, this is a lazy request, and I'm sorry

At level 6, the Death Domain gets https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Inescapable_Destruction "Damage you deal ignores Resistance to Necrotic damage."

Now I'm wondering if this would ironically be anti-synergistic; can someone please test if the resistance applied is ignored by the subclass feature, meaning you'd be dealing full damage to yourself that you'd otherwise not be as another class?
