• This fragment of Myrkul's realm restores 4d6⁠⁠Hit Points to Undead and deals 4d6⁠⁠Necrotic to living creatures at the end of their turns in the area.

Properties

 Loses duration: end of turn

Condition: Blooming Dead

 Blooming Dead

• This Undead heals 4d6⁠⁠Hit Points at the start of every turn while it is within  The Dead Wastes.

Condition: Wasting Mortal

 Wasting Mortal

• This living creature takes 4d6⁠⁠Necrotic at the end of every turn while it is within  The Dead Wastes.
• Afflicted creatures also cannot regenerate  hit points and their movement costs twice as much.
