Wasting Overflow is a variant of  Overflowing Brew available to Thisobald Thorm in Honour mode when his brew type is Necrotic.

Description

Thisobald's unstable brew overflows, dealing 6d6Necrotic to surrounding enemies and empowering his allies with a  Wasting Brew.

Details:

AoE: 5 m / 16 ft (Radius)

Condition: Wasting Brew

• Affected entity deals an additional 2d6Necrotic damage while infused with Thisobald's current brew.

Condition: Bone Chilled

 Bone Chilled

Duration: 2 turns

• Can not regain hit points.
• Cannot help  Downed characters.
• If Undead, has Disadvantage on Attack rolls.
