Winter's Clutches (passive feature)

Winter's Clutches is a passive feature that encrusts targets in frost whenever the user attacks and deals cold damage.

Description

When the wearer deals ⁠Cold damage, inflict 2 turns of  Encrusted with Frost upon the target(s).

Duration: 2 turns

• Affected entity has  Disadvantage on Dexterity  Saving Throws.
• When there are 7 or more turns remaining, the entity must succeed a  DC 12 Constitution Saving Throw or take 1d4⁠⁠ColdDRS and become  Frozen. On a successful save, it only takes half damage. Afterward, the frost sloughs away.
• Removed by  Burning.
