In the centre of the park a statue of Balduran stands near where two civilians, Eugenie Kenridge and Wendel Ashgrove are conversing. Just behind the statue is an Ambushing Death's Head of Bhaal Spaulder. There are two more ambushing Bhaal cultists waiting along the raised section, near both of the statues. In the lower section are two more cultists in an argument, Cirian and a Sinister Hooded Man. Behind them, near the fountain is one final ambushing cultist.

Approaching the cultists to talk will trigger a fight with them. During the fight, Manip Edenosa, Fist Pard and Fist Bella will interrupt. It's also possible to save the civilians with creative spells like Globe of Invulnerability. Otherwise the cultists will prioritize murdering innocents before confronting the party. If the civilians are saved, they will run off and disappear during the cutscene with Manip Edenosa at the end of the fight.
