Following the quest [[Investigate Kagha]] will lead you here where evidence of her conspiracy with the Shadow Druids can be discovered, though it can be discovered through exploration. To reach the Sanctuary, a chain of small islands must be [[Jump|Jumped]] across. At the main island, you will likely be attacked by the Mephits and Woads living there. The island has plenty of [[Difficult Terrain]] because of deep water and mud, which the Mephits will add onto through their attacks or deaths, along with patches of vines that can possibly {{cond|Entangled}}.
