The Decrepit Sanctuary (also known as the Druid Sanctuary) is a Location within the Putrid Bog in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is a secluded island with a massive tree stump in the center, infested with Ancient Mud Mephits and Wood Woads.

If the illusion over the Sunlit Wetlands is not dispelled, this area is known as the Druid Sanctuary.
To reach the Sanctuary, the party must Difficult Terrain includes deep water, vines, and mud. The mephits create more mud patches through their Death Burst.
