* As of patch #6, you still can get this armour in act 1. Briefly: (1) have another party member out of sight to attack Raphael when you encounter him first time, which will cause him to disappear; (2) Raphael will next appear in your camp, and this time, silence him and then try to knock him out without killing him (i.e. by turning on the non-lethal passive) - this allows you to loot his armour.
