== General Information ==
It is the new hideout of the hag survivors after they have been evicted from [[Barren's Coop]] by their landlord. The property has been fallen in disrepair after the previous owner Garlow left and is now be deemed unsafe for habitation under city law. 

In the basement there are a number of explosive traps and a single pressure plate in a corner. The pressure plate can be disarmed like a trap, but it actually opens a wall to a hidden cave. Disarming the pressure plate renders the cave inaccessible. Using an arrow of transposition can get you over the wall if you have disarmed the pressure plate.
