Destroy Water is a level 1 transmutation spell. This spell is a variant of 
that allows spellcasters to destroy an area of water (or water-like surfaces). The spell will remove the 
condition from creatures within its area of effect.
Description
Cause water-based surfaces (such as 
Water, 
Steam Cloud, 
Ice, 
Blood and 
Simple Toxin) to vanish.

At higher levels
