While the prior listed UID (MAG_BarbMonk_Cloth_Hat_A_2_Late) was connected to the same RootTemplate entry, it pointed to an otherwise detail-less Armor entry that is likely either a placeholder or unused/unfinished asset. Mask of Soul Perception is a very rare Helmet that increases a wearer's 
Attack rolls, Initiative Rolls, and Perception Checks. The wearer can also cast 
once per Short Rest.
Formerly worn by Autumnal Baskin, a professional mediator turned bare-knuckle champion, who gained enlightenment via two methods. The first was giving up her addictive reliance on secluded caves and lonely mountaintops, and getting a bit more sociable. This involved many new skirts. Most of them lavender.
