Psionic Dominance is a reaction/passive feature and Illithid Power. This feature allows a character to use a reaction to nullify a spell of lower or equal level to their Proficiency Bonus when targeted by an enemy within 18m.
Description
When an enemy within 18m targets you with a spell of Level that is lower than or equal to your Proficiency bonus, you can use your reaction to nullify the spell.
