Fanatic Retaliation is a level 3 evocation spell. It is a legendary action used by Kar'niss when one of his spindleweb fanatics are killed, and he will target the killer. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Avenge a fallen 
with a psionic barrage that can its killer.

INT Save (Spell save DC) (On Save: Target still takes half damage.)
Range: 18 m / 60 ft
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Silenced
Duration: 2 turns
Spell save DC Constitution saving throw
- Creature can't speak or cast spells with a verbal component, and is immune to
Thunder damage.
