Castigate Heartform is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell curses the target with a specific debuff, personalized according to the form that Viconia "mapped" their heart. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Curse a creature whose heart you have mapped until they act against their nature.
