Covert Cowl is an uncommon Helmet that reduces the required value to trigger a Critical Hit by 1 while the wearer is obscured.
One of the relics of Deep Duerra's rebellious children. Keeping themselves and one another safe from the nasty surprises of their home, the siblings made good progress.
