Recast Sunbeam is a level 6 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to project a beam of light, Blinding and dealing Radiant damage to everything in its path. It can then be recast on subsequent turns without expending a Spell Slot.
Description
Call forth another beam of light that sears and all creatures in its path, without expending a spell slot.

- Range: Self
- AoE: 18 m / 60 ft (Line)
- Concentration
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Blinded
Duration: 10 turns
- Ranged attacks and spells have a range of 3 m / 10 ft and Attack Rolls suffer Disadvantage.
- Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have Advantage.
