Prey Decelerator is a passive feature that slows down targets you critically hit.
Description
When this weapon lands a Critical Hit, it also the target creature.
Condition: Slowed
Duration: 2 turns
- Movement Speed is halved
Armour Class and Dexterity 
Saving throws are reduced by 2- Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
- Cannot take Reactions
- Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
- Spells cast might be delayed for one turn
